Jan 15th 2012, 11:13

People tend to overlook how useful 5 gallon buckets are. Whether you are at home, at the office, in the garden, at a camping site, chances are you are probably going to need one 5 gallon pail, or more. Below are a few examples of its uses at home. In the kitchen There will always something to store in the kitchen. Most of the time, food and drink. But the small kitchen utensils also need a container when you don’t have it. Some 5 gallon buckets in the kitchen can come as a great help. When storing food and drink, however, always make sure that the 5 gallon pails are of food grade plastic materials. It is always important to be safe than sorry. When you have the food grade 5 gallon buckets, you can start storing the sugar, grains, cereal and/or milk. In the playroom Sometimes it is highly frustrating when the children start playing but never start cleaning up their toys afterwards. To rearrange them one by one in a good order on the shelves can be very tiring, too. Especially if they start messing up with them in the next 5 minutes. Why not having some colorful 5 gallon buckets there and teaching the kids some organization? If the work is simple enough to do, they are surely not going to be pouting when doing it, right? So, the car toys in the blue pail, dolls in pink, stuffed animals in yellow, etc. In the garage So many tools, so little space. 5 gallon pails can come in handy in this case. What you need to do is assemble your tools based on the functions and sizes. Cleaning tools should be put together with the other equipments or supplies of the same function, drop them in a 5 gallon bucket, then add a label on the outside to indicate what is stored inside. Do the same with the garden tools or supplies and carpentry tools. A nice organized garage is what you will get. In the study room Research shows that Americans waste approximately 4 million tons of office paper in a year. So here is a little advice: recycle your paper and use it until you cannot use it. When you receive a letter or print out a document that you no longer use, store them in a 5 gallon bucket for future use. You may need to use scrap paper one of these days and you can save the environment by using both sides of the used paper stored there. Around the house So it’s a cleaning day. Why don’t you grab your 5-gallon bucket and put your cleaning tools inside, going to one room to another as you clean every bit of the house? When you find garbage on your way, pick it up and drop it in the pail, then move on with the cleaning. When things are done in a practical manner, cleaning job doesn’t look and feel that bad. Those are just a few things one can do with 5 gallon buckets at home. There are many other things when the plastic pails come very versatile in daily life wherever we are. Next articles will discuss how 5 gallon pails can be useful in the garden, at a camp site, and even at the office.

nessundormas.com Agricultural
Hunter Gatherer or Agriculture – Which Came First?
Jan 14th 2012, 23:21

Primitive human probably started out by scavenging what he could to survive, gradually developing his hunting and gathering skills. Maybe he found larger animals dead from natural causes then later developed tools to catch and kill his prey. Maintaining this subsistence level lifestyle for almost 2 million years before mankind began to dabble in agriculture just barely 10,000 years ago. This is mankind’s prehistoric past…or so we are told.

This would seem logical should we consider the evolutionary model of primal man emerging into the world with only the most basic of instincts without the knowledge or time to wait for a harvest of grain. Instead, he goes by the easiest route of grabbing the closest living thing and rips away at its raw flesh. Seems logical, but is it true?

The Eat Right for Your Blood Type diet claims blood type O as the oldest blood type. This assumption is based on the fact that blood type O would be the suitable blood type for a meat-based hunter-gatherer diet. Yet this assumption is based on the previous assumption of our origin.

However, actual microbiological research and DNA analysis carried out over two decades ago revealed that it is the A blood type that our ancestors started off with. Even later research confirms A and not O as the oldest blood type.

The A blood type is the “proverbial classic vegetarian” blood type. According to the Eat Right for Your Blood Type diet, people with blood type A have difficulty in digesting animal protein due to a lack of hydrochloric acid in their guts. This blood type also has problems with dairy products and lactose intolerance. Whole grains, fruits and vegetables is recommended for humans with this blood type that researchers inform us is actually the oldest human blood type.

Interestingly, this is exactly the kind of diet described in Genesis 1:29 that was originally intended for mankind. It is written in our blood that we began life eating grain and fruits. This is something that cannot be erased. But why is it so difficult for the established scientific community to simply accept and teach this?

It could be because of the great difficulty to explain mankind’s agricultural origins. The origins of agriculture has been a riddle for evolutionary thinkers, a matter on which Darwin himself declined to speculate. One of the thorniest issues of agricultural origins is that there seems to be no developmental stage. Every ancient civilization seemed to have emerged with pretty complicated agricultural techniques, systems and methods. This includes efficiently engineered irrigation systems, seasonal planting and harvest, and advanced knowledge in the processing of grains and fruit to produce products like flour, oil, wine and beer. Simultaneously, another amazing leap of advancement is their production of bread and noodles and other flour based items for consumption.

In order to understand how amazing these things are, think about this -we still use all these indispensable products today. We still basically use the same agricultural techniques and methods even thousands of years later!

Another great “mystery” of ancient agriculture is the seeds used for cultivation. The earliest records of grain cultivation show the use of ‘hybridized’ varieties of seed. These are seeds that have been designed and engineered for cultivation. Time to experiment and learn about plant life would be needed as well as the technological know how to develop these seeds from wild varieties. It’s hard to imagine a hunter-gatherer finding both the time and incentive to go about such a tedious and strange task. And yet the development of these seeds were so well done that we are still using the same basic primary grain supposedly developed and used by ‘primitive man’.

Think about it. Have we developed a single type of new grain in the past ten years? I am not talking about a variant or a mixture of existing grains. I mean a truly new cultivar. How about in the past hundred years? How about the past thousand years? How could these ‘hunter-gatherers’ have done so much more at the start of time than we could in a thousand years?

Accepting our agricultural origins would mean having to revamp our established evolutionary models. It would entail having to answer questions that some would prefer remain unasked. Would you prefer to know the truth about your past or would you rather keep living on a flat earth for fear of falling off the edge?

Belly Piercing
Jan 15th 2012, 13:48

Belly piercing is done near the navel. Since it involves piercing a flat area of the skin, it is considered a surface type of piercing. The standard belly piercing is usually done by inserting a barbell which is curved the skin immediately underneath the navel. People can then wear ornaments on the barbell and permit it to dangle over the navel. Belly piercing has become very popular recently. Here is some basic belly piercing information. The Belly Piercing Procedure A belly piercing is very easy to perform and doesn’t have many complications. In addition, this type of piercing heals more comfortably than other types of body piercings. You can do the piercing yourself or have it done by a professional. The professional will follow a standard technique with little modification. You can follow this standard procedure in the comfort of your home to get your navel pierced. Belly piercing begins with a cleanup up of the area. Typically, a surgical scrub is used to clean the skin surrounding the navel and the navel itself. After the area has been thoroughly cleaned, use a surgical pen and ink to mark two locations. These locations can be on either side, below, or above the navel. The two locations should mark the exact location where you want the piercing. Next, hold the skin that is covering the marked points tight with a clamp. Then pull the skin that is clamped somewhat away from the body. This step needs to be done carefully because any slippage of the skin will disturb the location of the piercing. Using a needle that has been sterilized align it at a right angle with the clamped skin and push the needle through the skin. You will feel some pain but be courageous and put the jewelry into the pierced skin immediately. Wipe any the blood off with a cotton ball if it is bleeding. Apply some type of lotion that is antiseptic to prevent the infection in the piercing. Belly Piercing Aftercare The piercing may produce a discharge which is off white or white in color and sticky. The discharge may dry up and crust over the piercing and on the jewelry. This problem of discharge is very routine and usually there in the beginning. In order to prevent the condition from becoming more serious, you should take proper care of the navel piercing from the beginning. However, this type of piercing is extremely safe and infections are rare.
